20/21 Harvest of Love

Our 2020-2021 Harvest of Love is 100% virtual this school year! We will not be accepting any food donations. Instead, all donations this year will be monetary.

We hope that you will consider supporting this wonderful cause by making donations on our Harvest of Love virtual fundraiser website by clicking on the link below.

Whether you donate $1 or $100 or any amount in between, it all helps put food in the bellies of our neighbors in need!

All donations go directly to the Care & Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado.

Kids Heart Challenge 2020

Hello Heart Hero Trainees –

Today you received your first two Kids Heart Challenge Top Secret Missions from Agent KHC! For the next four weeks – you will receive a weekly mission with daily activities in the KHC Mission Experience HERE or through Schoology for PE. Complete those missions and you will be a true Heart Hero, prepared and ready to battle Heart Disease in your community. It is critically important that we, at Hunters Creek, are successful. We are counting on you! Check out the Digital Packet with all the details!

This week’s Mission is:

1. Download the Kids Heart Challenge App or join our team online. How to Video.

2. Pick your Heart Challenge

3. Earn your first donation. There are lots of ways you can tell people about your training program and share your goal on the website and the app. 4. Complete your Daily Missions on Week One.

What does your donation support? Well, all the work that the American Heart Association does to fight heart disease and stroke. Hypertension is one way. Uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure) robs us of precious time with loved ones. About 1 in 2 Americans have hypertension – half of those uncontrolled. High blood pressure can be controlled, in fact it is the most easily modifiable risk factor and the AHA is on it! Our Target BP program ensures that every patient that walks into a medical clinic gets the best treatment plan. Our CheckChangeControl program helps those with uncontrolled hypertension to get it into control. The AHA is working to expand these programs so that all Americans have access to these proven life-saving treatments. Your donation helps make that happen! Who in your life has high blood pressure? Share this link with them.
