1st Grade Newsletter

May 9 - 13, 2016

Curriculum

Math--Students will begin a unit on graphing.


Reading—Students will practice making predictions in their reading and using their text evidence to confirm them. They will also focus on the use of I and me.


Science-- We will wrap up our study of the Desert focusing on animal life and their adaptations using Pebble Go as their research tool.






Reminders:


Don't forget next week the campus will be closed to visitors for state testing.


Please return the Wooley's order form by May 12th and the Purple sheets by May 16th.


Please check your child's folder daily, We have many things that are coming home the next few weeks.
