Many thanks!!

We have reached our last week of school for the 2014-2015 school year. This year has had many challenges as well as successes. I have enjoyed getting to know each one of these unique kiddos and have loved to see them grow. I thank you for helping at home and at school and making education a priority. Your support means everything in this profession. You've raised some great kids.

Here is our schedule for the last week of school:

Monday- Students will have a final math assessment. This is a district level test and it will test multiplication, word problems, and decimals.

Students will eat in the classroom today.

The rescheduled talent show will be held at 12:45.

Tuesday- Students will receive recognition at our third grade awards assembly. It will be held at 9:15am in the cafeteria. Every student will receive at least one award.

Wednesday- Water Day! Students will have an hour of play time on the inflatable water slides from 11:00-12:00. Students will need to bring a sack lunch today or have one provided from the cafeteria. We will be watching a movie in the afternoon.

Thursday- Field Day! I am not sure about the times, but I believe it is in the am. More details to come. Students will need a sack lunch today and probably a change of clothes. Sunscreen, hats, and bottled water are some items you may want to send with your kiddo.

Friday- Last day of school! Today we will have early dismissal at 12:30. Students need to bring a sack lunch.

Again, many thanks for everything this year! Have a wonderful, safe summer!
