It has been a wonderful Homecoming Week at Coffman. Our students have displayed great school spirit, and today's pep rally was packed full of Rocks Pride.
If your student is attending the Homecoming Dance please encourage them to make safe and healthy choices.
Dance Location: Coffman Stadium
Dance Time: 8pm-11pm
Students must arrive by 9:00pm (if your child purchased a ticket and does not arrive we will call home)
Students must stay until 10:30pm before they can leave
Together, we can ensure our students have a fun and safe Homecoming!

Virtual Q&A with Principal Wednesday 9/21
Principal Matt Parrill and Counselor Nicole Sutherland will host a virtual Q&A on 9/21
*Links will be sent out on Wednesday 9/21 for the following times*- 6:00 - 6:30pm: 9th Grade
- 6:30 - 7:00pm: 10th Grade
- 7:00 - 7:30pm: 11th Grade
- 7:30 - 8:00pm: 12th Grade
Student Photos
Student photo packets were distributed in classes this week. Picture retake/make-up day for students and staff is Friday, September 30th during 5th period in the PAC lobby. For retakes, return the entire photo package to the photographer. Contact Jeri Richards in the main office with any questions.
College Representatives Visit Coffman
All students are welcome to attend visits with College Admission Representatives this fall at Coffman. The visits are for about 40 minutes and are held in the guidance office. Students may register at: https://app.schoolinks.com/dashboard/student/school-events

National Honor Society
National Honor Society applications will be due on October 19th by 3:00pm for any eligible junior or senior. There were 2 informational meetings held last week. PSAT Wednesday 10/12/22
Dublin City Schools will be offering the PSAT/NMSQT on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 to all current juniors and pre-registered 9th & 10th grade students. This testing opportunity will be free of cost for all juniors. This PSAT/NMSQT administration will give students the opportunity to gain access to scholarships, prep for the SAT, and connect to AP courses.
Due to PSAT testing in our high schools on October 12, there will be no Working Wednesday schedule on that day. On October 12, all high school students will attend school during the standard time schedule.

AP Exam Registration
AP Exam Registration will take place starting Thursday, September 15th through Friday, October 15th, 2022. Registration and payment will be completed ONLINE ONLY using the District's PaySchools Central and fees are now $98 per test. 2022 Columbus Suburban College Fair
The Columbus Suburban College Fair is coming soon! This event is happening on Sunday, October 9th, from 1-3:30 at Otterbein University. This provides students and families with the opportunity to explore a variety of colleges and speak directly with admissions representatives from all over the country. Each college has a separate table where information is displayed and a representative is available to answer your questions. Over 100 colleges will be arranged alphabetically in the Clements Recreation Center on Otterbein's campus. Please have your child pre-register using this link and check out the attached flyer for more information about the event.
Juniors & Seniors Interested in the Healthcare Field
Education Service Center of Central Ohio has joined forces with Chatstrike to connect students to employers, training and degree programs in the healthcare pathway by using a self-scheduling, online chat platform (additional pathways forthcoming). The focus is on healthcare jobs that do not require a bachelor degree to enter the workforce.
