SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM
This summer MSDWC offered a Summer Food Program. The program provided weekly meals free of charge for children ages 1-18. Over the course of the summer, 10,560 breakfasts and 10,560 lunches were served, totaling 21,120 meals! Thank you to our wonderful Food Services team for making this possible.

*Due to supply shortages with our vendors and manufacturers, please consider all meals "Subject to Change" for the time being.
CAR PROGRAM GETS A NEW NAME
The Credit Alternative Recovery (CAR) Program went through a rebranding process this summer. This decision was made to rename the program "Bridge", in an effort to simplify as well as to better portray the vision of the program within its name. The overall program and mission remain the same - to maximize the potential of all students by establishing a learning environment that supports resiliency, flexibility, self-advocacy, and a passion for lifelong learning.
As of June 15, 2021, the Bridge program had served over 500 students from across 44 counties and assisted 83 students in achieving their high school diplomas during the 20-21 school year.
The MSDWC Transportation Team has provided several helpful resources to our community. Check out their section of the website to see school drop-off/pick-up traffic maps, learn about bus safety and even meet our school bus drivers.
