Week 4 - Focus on Intellectual Wellness

Week 4 has arrived and you are now officially over half way done with the Wellness Challenge! How are you doing? Have you made any progress towards your goals? What are your goals for the remaining half of the challenge? Looking forward to the end of the challenge, we want to appreciate you all and the progress and goals you have achieved. Please look below for more information about the celebration lunch!


This week we are focusing on intellectual wellness. In addition to double points for intellectual items, we have added a few items to challenge you in intellectual wellness.

Week 3 Scorecard Reminder!

Please submit you scorecard by Monday, February 3 at noon! If you submit on time you and your team receives bonus points!

Outdoor Skill Session: Finding Your Way Around Maps

Have you always wanted to explore the fitness center but feel like you don’t fit in with ‘gym culture’? This event focuses on overcoming the gender stigma in the gym, specifically in lifting waits and attending studio classes. With the help of the Eisiminger Fitness Center and HAWC, we invite everyone to join us in a workout session or yoga class in a comfortable environment. Participants will have a choice to either take the yoga class or lift weights. Personal trainers, instructors and HAWC members will be guiding you as you challenge yourself in a new and fun way!
