With the help of the Eisiminger Fitness Center and HAWC, we invite everyone to join us in a workout session or yoga class in a comfortable environment. Participants will have a choice to either take the yoga class or lift weights. Personal trainers, instructors and HAWC members will be guiding you as you challenge yourself in a new and fun way!
