Plot
In June 2005, Marcus Luttrell and three other Navy SEALs were sent out into the mountains along the Pakistani border. Their mission, known as Operation Redwing, was to find and kill a notorious al Queda leader. After Luttrell's three teammates were killed in action by his side, he is left alone and injured to survive.

In 2013, Luttrell's story was made into a movie. The movie quickly became the highest-grossing film among post-9/11 war films. In theaters the movie produced over 28.5 million dollars. Watch the trailer here:

Here Marcus can be seen with Mohammad Gulab. Mohammad saved Luttrell's life by taking him in and giving him food and shelter. Mohammad risked his life for following a code of honor known as Pashtunwali. This is tribal honor code has been followed for centuries and says that Pashtuns must help a guest who comes into their village, even if he is in need or in imminent danger. They must protect him. In Marcus's case, Mohammad was facing great danger by protecting him against the Taliban.
