For the first time in 20 years, the Borough of Woodland Park did not hold its annual toy drive due to COVID-19. However, the community did figure out a way to come together for the greater good! Nearly $3,500 in gift cards were collected through the joint effort of the Borough and the School District to help over 30 local families in need this holiday season. Special thanks is extended to: Passaic Valley UNICO, who donated $1,600 in gift cards; local young philanthropist, Jayden Perez and his non-profit From The Bottom of My Heart which donated over $300; and all our families who supported the collection.
