Three Thank Yous
Thank you to ALL in support of the chocolate fundraiser. We were able to profit almost $10,000 for our SCHOOL FUND, and this will help SO much with needs around the school!!! We also specifically appreciate Mr. Mabry as the admin organizing it all, and of course, Ms. Thompson and Ms. Howard as his special assistants! We could not have done it without the leadership of these 3 folks as they diligently worked with Ms. Culp to make all the magic happen! Thank you to Mr. Hooven for organizing an outstanding athletic awards ceremony. Thank you to ALL of our coaches for the time and investment they make in our student athletes. And thank you to our retention committee representatives (Kelley Carpenter, Amy Preston, Melissa Mascari, grade level coach, grade level AP, grade level counselor) for all their work, input, and feedback.

Mastery Connect Notes
(From Ms. Redmond)
*** I'm not sure how immediate changes will happen in MC, so you may want to take care of this one sooner than later.
*** Changes will be happening in MC over the summer. Please wait for directions from the ITFs in the fall about how to set up classes and changes that will be happening in regards to assessment options.
End of Year Closing out from Ms. Redmond - FYI
If someone is leaving Cabarrus County School System (not the school) and you use documents that this person has shared with you in Google Drive, Office 365, or Mastery Connect, please make sure you make a copy of it so you do not lose access. When someone leaves the county, their account goes through phases of being phased out; therefore, you will not lose access to their documents immediately. This does not need taken care of right away, but don't forget to do so if you need these documents.
GOOGLE DRIVE
- Shared with Me
- Select document you want to save
- Click on "Make a copy"
- Select the document titled "Copy of____" and drag it to your "My Drive"
Office 365

- Click on 3 dots in top right corner
- Select "Download"
- Upload the document back to your own documents
***If you are leaving CCS and share a document with your personal account, you will still lose access. If you want to keep a document, make sure you download it and save it to your personal account.

Wednesday: Miner Time - 6th grade
Information for Students:
- Inform them of the day and block they will attend party---An announcement will be made to dismiss those with a pass
- Pass is needed in order to attend (DON'T tell them but not really)
- Bring money to purchase snacks and drinks
- Yearbooks will be given during party so arrive ASAP
- Bring Marker/Pens to write in book
If you have planning during any of the times...your presence would be great.
FAQ:
Can students still purchase yearbooks and attend party?
Yes, up until 4pm Monday.
Can students still purchase yearbooks, overall?
Yes, while supplies last.
Why did you receive the passes for your 1A and the parties are not during 1A?
Good question, too many sales to determine the locations and online sales were separated by 1A.
