Bruin Success

Until the end of first semester all students will report to their respective classes during Bruin Success for exam review.

Testing

A memo with the new testing schedule will be sent home with students on Wednesday.

The first semester exam schedule can be found on the testing module of the CCHS Staff Canvas Page. Please review this to help you pace for the end of the semester. The administrator/proctor schedule will be available soon. Please review the released NC Final Exams and EOC's (the link is below) to prepare for the exams.

Teacher Made Exams

The first semester exam schedule can be found on the testing module of the CCHS Staff Canvas Page. Please review this to help you pace for the end of the semester. The administrator/proctor schedule is also available in the Canvas testing module. Also, please review the released NC Final Exams and EOC's (the link is below) to prepare for the exams.

Attendance

The attendance committee will meet some time over the next several days to determine attendance waivers. A spreadsheet will be emailed providing this information to teachers. I am also in need of at least one more teacher to serve on the attendance committee. Let me know if you are interested.

Learning Walks

We will complete our second and third set of Learning Walks during the third and fourth nine weeks grading periods. You will receive a full CEU for the professional development and for completing the three learning walks. Please see the Canvas page if you need any additional information.

EVAAS

You may have noticed that EVAAS has now been added to the NC Ed Could. All of your growth information for the 2015-2016 school year has now been updated. This information can be very useful. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Staff Handbook

The Staff Handbook can be found in staff Canvas this year. Please review this before the start of school. Special thanks to Mrs. Karen McPherson who worked very hard this summer to create videos and step by step instructions for Educator's Handbook, Aesop, Travel Tracker, etc... All of this information (and more) can be found on the Staff Canvas page.

Athletic Duty Sign-Up Sheet

The athletic duty sign up sheets have been placed in the Staff Canvas page. If you need to change a duty, please let Coach Harnly know. Thanks for your help with this!

Grant Opportunities

We have added a module in the staff Canvas for grant opportunities. These grants should be very helpful in providing additional resources to our students.
