Panama Canal
The Panama Canal is a skinny strip. It measures 37 miles wide by 480 miles long in Central America. The Panama Canal would save weeks if not months to travel. The Panama Canal was built by Charles the 5th of Spain. It was built because the soldiers struggled across bumpy stone roads. It took about 20 years to build the Panama Canal.
Amazon Rainforest Wildife
The animal I chose to research is the Spider Monkey. Spider Monkeys are found in tropical forests of Central and South America. It is impacted by destructing the Amazon Rainforest. It turned the rare species into the walking dead.
Oil-Related Pollution in Venezuela
The Oil-Related Pollution in Venezuela resulted in oil spills. It is one of the world's leading producers in oil. The production of oil boosted the economy. People became aware that the cost in long term may be too great.
