A few items to put on your radar!
Finish Strong! Can you believe we are nearly half way through the 4th quarter of school? It is important for all of us to do our very best to see the year through to a productive, enjoyable finish. For three plus quarters, your children have worked hard to build their knowledge base and to show what they know. Our hope is that each of our students will give their best effort through to the very end of the year. The final quarter of the school year is an opportunity for students to really shine and put three quarters of learning into a solid spring push. As parents and teachers, we all need to encourage our young adults to do their very best.
Parents/Guardians of current 6th and 7th grade students, if your child has a specific learning style need, placement issues, or social/emotional concerns that you would like to share, please let your child’s counselor know. While we do not accept specific team requests, we do want your input regarding your child’s educational needs so that we can find the best possible fit for your child as a learner.
COVID Reminder. Please remember that if your child has been absent with Covid like symptoms and has not been tested or has tested positive for Covid, they may return after 5 days if they are improved and able to wear a tight fitting mask for an additional five days. Please discuss the importance of keeping the mask on in these circumstances with your child. Thank you!
Have a great weekend~
Steve
