Message from Administration
Dear KIPP Sol Parents & Families,
We begin each school year with a planned and structured “Six Week Strong Start.” The focus during this time is around creating clear systems and routines accompanied with building strong relationships. We follow a rubric that names specific behaviors from students and adults that indicate we have accomplished what we have set out to achieve. We are finishing our third week and I am proud to say that our school has had its strongest start ever. The routines and systems are well established and relationships are being built. We had an opportunity to celebrate these accomplishments during our first field day of the year where kids participated in homeroom chantoffs, competed in games, and had fun! These whole school moments provide an opportunity for your child, their peers, and teachers to build relationships and bonds. I’m excited to see how the power of these developing relationships drive the second half of our Six Week Strong Start. Enjoy the long weekend with your family. We will see you back on Tuesday, September 4th ready to kick off the second half of our Six Week Strong Start.
Somos Sol.
With love and in solidarity, Ms. Finn

Somos Sol. Con amor y solidaridad Ms. Finn
