VERY IMPORTANT:
All students who plan to enter a school or District building will be required to complete a daily Health Check form. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS FOR YOUR CHILD EACH DAY. We cannot let them participate in Bridge Weeks or go to class once we start the Hybrid model unless we have this completed each day!

We are so excited to see students starting Monday morning! As always, if you have any questions, please email me at anielsen@nsd.org.

Bridge Weeks begin on Monday for Hybrid learners
All students and staff who plan to enter a school or District building will be required to complete a daily Health Check form.
Monday begins Bridge Weeks at Crystal Springs! We are so excited to welcome all Hybrid students to campus on their given day. If you are not sure when your child is supposed to come to campus for their Bridge Day, please contact Mrs. Nielsen, ASAP- anielsen@nsd.org.
To ensure your child is prepared to fully participate in Bridge Week activities, remind your child that they will be connecting with other students in a small group from the same grade level to learn about different ways to interact with each other and stay safe on campus when school starts. Also, please make sure they wear and/or bring the following items:
Warm coat or rain jacket, and anything else they need to keep warm
Clothes that are appropriate for outdoor activities
Close-toed outdoor shoes (e.g., athletic shoes)
Masks (having an extra mask is desirable in case the one worn becomes soiled)
HEALTH CHECK FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED DAILY before coming on campus
Before your child leaves home, be sure you have completed the health check form that you can submit electronically. Or you can download a copy below to fill out and send with your child to provide to us when they arrive at school.
