Week 25
Week 25 Notes
This week, we had quite a ton of projects happening in classrooms around the building. Mrs. Lawson's students were presenting their Egyptian projects, Mr. Cirillo's students were posting and interviewing for colonial jobs, Mr. Ardellini's class was designing scale factor maps, and Mrs. Cichoski's class was writing persuasive letters to me about why we should keep or ban chocolate milk. That's not to mention all of the other learning in classrooms around the building. This is a key part of the year where we see some major growth with our students. It was a blast to see it all in action this week.
Question of the Week
As you head into the weekend, I encourage you to spend time learning more about what your child is learning. You might want to ask "What was your favorite project this trimester?" You might also ask "What project did you put the most effort into?" Hopefully you learn more about your child's learning preferences and what gets them engaged.
Thanks,
Jeff Carron
