This year we have 3 different item categories in the (online!) Silent Auction:

Business Donations: An array of gift baskets, gift certificates, and product donations from both local and national businesses

Classroom Creations: Custom artwork and decor items created by students in every grade!

Staff Experiences: Special parties, lessons, coaching, and gift packages donated by our SBS Staff!

Some examples:

YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BID!

The image below is what the screen will look like when you access the 32Auctions website.

You are able to click on 'View All Items' to see all of auction items up for bid.

To create an account, navigate to: https://www.32auctions.com/sbsbash

& follow the directions below

1. Create an Account by click on the Login button in the upper left hand corner of the image above. Then click on "Create an account now" link under the Login button.

Or

2. Click on an item to Bid and there is a link to create an account.

Single Bid:

Enter a one-time bid amount. You will receive an email notification if you are outbid, and will have to enter another bid to stay in the running for this item

Proxy Bid:

Enter a bid for the highest price you are willing to pay for this item, and the Auction site will automatically enter incremental bids for you until your maximum bid amount has been reached. You will receive email notification when you have been outbid

Buy It Now:

Select the “Buy it Now” option to automatically win the item for its listed Buy It Now price

There are 2 ways to isolate a specific item or group of items:

1. Locate the display menu in the middle of the top toolbar (to the right of the home, favorites, bids, and watchlist buttons). Select a category, and all items in that category will immediately appear on your screen

Or

2. Enter the name of a specific item into the search field to see only that item on your screen

Online Item(s) - 32Auctions

All of the highest bidders of each online item will receive an email if you are the highest bidder and a link to make payment. This includes Business Basket donations, Classroom Creations, and Stonebank Staff Experience Packages.

Live Auction item(s)

All Live Auction Items can be paid the night of the event using cash, check or credit card.

Cash Only Activities

1. Wine Pull - $20 per pull

2. Your Choice Raffle - $20 per arm length of raffle tickets

3. Chicken Plop - $5 per square

4. Lottery Tree Raffle - $10 per entry

5. Heads or Tails- $10 per player
