PTO Days via Meghan

I am writing to ask that everyone please reference their handbooks as it relates to staff PTO days. Please remember that the policy is for staff members to request PTO days via the PTO Form at least one week in advance.

As you all know I have been extremely lenient in this area and am happy to assist you up until I go to sleep the night before with no trouble, but more and more I am noticing that employees are sending me emails and stopping me in the hallway. Given that I always refer to paper requests to confirm that I have everyone covered, there is a strong chance I will not be able to assist you with coverage. I am responsible for tracking the time of nearly 75 employees and it is impossible to make this work without a streamlined method. Moving forward, please make every effort to follow the policies put in place and complete a PTO Form.
