Learning Has Started!

Thank you to all of our families for helping the first week of school be a great success! We are back at it, with some students learning from home and others on campus. Here are a few ways you can continue to help your children have a successful school year:

  • Bedtime routines! Please be sure you are back in the "normal" school year bedtimes--go to bed early.

  • Keep your child home if they are ill. Due to COVID-19, we are being extra cautious when it comes to illness. Please keep your child home if they have any of the following symptoms: vomiting, fever of 100.4, coughing, nausea, sneezing. Thanks!!

  • Communication! Please be sure to reach out to your child's teacher and stay in close communication with them this year--it will be the key to success!

We are happy to have all of you back!

E Learning Updates

E-Learning is a 9-Week commitment. Please make a PLAN to support your child during E-Learning for the duration of the first 9-weeks.

E-Learning REQUIRES parental supervision and support. We need you to support behaviors at home--like keeping your children focused on the lessons and instruction. It will take PARENTS supporting teachers to make E-Learning a success.

E-Learning REQUIRES that your children are LOGGED ON and participating in the learning.

E-Learning REQUIRES that your children are PRESENT throughout the day. We will be assigning absences if your child is not present and participating. YOU may not end the day early for any reason without communicating with the school and your child's teacher. Absences will be given.

WE do not have extra computers. If you damage the loaned computer from the school--including damaged earphone jacks--we will not replace the computer, as we do not have extras. Broken or damaged computers will NOT BE REPLACED. You will have to purchase a computer for your child or return them to school.

It is Best Practice to do E-Learning in a Quiet Location--Not your child's BEDROOM.
