My Personality

#1 Blue

I have a blue personality type. Being blue means that as soon as I walk in the room I can already tell what moods people are in, and how to react to those certain moods. I'm a peacemaker, caretaker, friendly, nice, emotional. I pay very close attention to body language to see more clearly on how the person is feeling and what they're trying to tell me. (music director/composer)
My ''brain" picture shows that I am more left side brain than right, although I use both sides, my right and left I tend to use more my left which means, that I take pieces of a puzzle and put it together, I process in order- which means that I go 1,2,3 instead of 3,1,2. I'm more symbloic, logical, verbal, and I think more reality. I could benefit more if I were more concrete though using the right side in that part more, becuase then I would'nt confuse myself and others as much.

Decision Making...

Behavioral Style-

Having behavioral style means that I like to understand and communicate with people before I make a decision. I'm not one of those people that can go with my gut feeling without having to feel like I need to please other people and care about how they will see me with my decision. I tend to lean heavily on being sociable, friendly, supportive, action oriented, and I like to be motivated by my peers and try to avoid conflict. Though many people see this as a good thing, in some situations it can be very difficult for decison making. I would never be able to make a decision between to two things without feeling regret or feeling bad for disbatching one of those things. Other people may percieve my style as a little wish-washy, too concerned about others, and I can't make hard decisions. Following this style, I can say that part of the reason I do this is because I am blue personality type. But the good thing is that I'm well-designed, and people oriented collegial settings. Plus I'm less likely to hurt somebody's feelings in a decision making process.
