Career Fair Recap
During the month of February the Career Center hosted two career fairs each with approximately 100 companies participating. The STEM Career Expo targeted individuals seeking employment in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics industries and welcomed 777 students and alumni. The Auburn University Career Fair, a joint effort between the Career Center, Harbert College of Business, College of Agriculture, and College of Liberal Arts, hosted employers hiring individuals of all majors for industries ranging from forestry to finance and engineering to economics and welcomed 1406 students and alumni. Attendees had the opportunity to network with employer representatives, many of whom were Auburn graduates. Several employers remained in Auburn to interview candidates on the days following the career fairs. Those who missed out on the February fairs will have another opportunity to meet similar employers during the Virtual Career Fair which will be held on April 5 & 6. Those interested in participating must register in advance at on the event site.
