In this workshop you'll learn how to:
- support your knees by using your hips, abs, and back correctly
- improve the alignment of your knees and feet
- reduce excessive impact and lower back stress
The balanced running form you'll learn in this workshop will also help you relieve stress on your hamstrings, IT bands, and feet and make your running feel more fluid, easier, and faster.

Jae Gruenke is a Feldenkrais Practitioner certified by the Feldenkrais Guilds of North America and the United Kingdom. Known as a “running form guru,” she is the Founder and CEO of The Balanced Runner™ in New York City and The Balanced Runner UK.
