Email Account Migration

Complete Your Training Assignments

Employee training requirements are determined according to position and are a requirement of employment at MVSD. All employees must complete at least 2 assignments in TargetSolutions, along with any position-specific assignments.

To access your assignments, go to and log in using your NEW District email address (using the domain) and password. If you need password assistance, click the “Password Recovery” link under the Password field. If you need assistance, contact Nicole at (909) 947-2205 or

Request for Substitute Work Hours

For Classified employees that wish to be able to work as a substitute outside their normal work hours, this form must be turned in to Personnel. A new form must be submitted every school year.

New Risk Manager and AEDs

Risk Management was recently shifted from the Admin Services "umbrella" to Business Services. Because of this, the District's new Risk Manager is now our CBO Steven Rollins.

Steven wasted no time installing Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) at all sites. These devices are safe and easy to use, to deliver a therapeutic electric shock to the heart as treatment for a victim in sudden cardiac arrest. Staff members were trained on August 2. The AEDs are placed in the following locations:

CVS: Main Office inside Health Office

DO: Lobby Hallway toward Kitchen

GYS: PE Equipment storage room and Main Office inside Health Office

MVS: Main Office inside Health Office

RVS: Main Office outside of Health Office

New Teacher Orientation

In partnership with AMVT, Personnel & Administrative Services hosted a New Teacher Orientation on July 29th to welcome 13 new teachers to the District! The purpose of this orientation was primarily to introduce them to our District Office team and site administration, but AMVT also provided lunch and teachers were able to spend time in their new classrooms.

Summer Facility Projects

Over the summer, Personnel & Administrative Services oversaw a variety of facility projects. The goals of all facility projects are to enhance safety, create environments conducive to learning, emphasize aesthetics & function, and/or increase energy efficiency.

This summer's projects included classroom carpet at all sites, exterior lighting & roof replacements at GYS, bathroom sinks & flooring at the DO, and an office remodel at MVS.
