EDMS Community Newsletter

May 24th, 2021 Week 35

Happy Monday everyone! We have a TON of info below for our last few days of school. If you have any questions about what is below please reach out and call 925.682.5700. Questions related to grades, end of the year coursework, and assignments, please reach out to the teacher directly.

This is year has been exceptional and we have been SO proud of how our students (and families) had adapted and adjusted and made it through the year. Thank you for all that you have done at home to support your student's learning. It truly is a privilege to be a part of such an amazing community of people. As we prepare for returning our students to in person learning in August, we will spend the summer getting the whole school, and every classroom ready for August 12. We will continue to reach out as more information becomes available.

We are looking forward to celebrating our 8th graders next week, as best we can. Take care and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or thoughts.

Be Well,

Mr. Clausen

First---THANK YOU! Our students, families, and staff have done a tremendous amount of work to have our school participate successfully in the mandated CAASPP assessments.

We have had an overwhelming percentage of our students complete all of their tests. If you still need to complete a test (or tests) please reach out to Mrs. Estenson (Gemma) via email and she will schedule a testing session for you. (gemmam@mdusd.org)
