Happy Holidays!
Yesterday was an incredibly fun day for our Park View Panthers. It was the first time they had the opportunity to engage in a holiday party at school with their classmates since the 19-20 school year. There were games and crafts happening everywhere and I could see those smiles and hear that laughter from under those masks. The students had a blast and it's all because of our PTA and party parents. You found a way to have these parties safely without sacrificing the fun. Thank you for a wonderful time and all the effort and planning that goes into these events.
I also want to thank those families that participated in our Snowflakes of Sharing and the Student Council's food drive. It's so important to help our students understand the importance of humanitarian efforts and how these efforts make our world and community better. The Park View Community has big hearts and many of our families benefit when they are in need!!
Finally, our Winter break begins on Monday. School will not be in session from Monday, December 20th through Monday, January 3rd. School will resume on Tuesday, January 4th. Please mark that in your calendar because Monday, January 3rd is an Institute Day so no children will attend school on that day. I wish all of our families a joy-filled, restful winter break. Please take time to enjoy those special family traditions and make some new ones along the way. Nothing is more special and meaningful.
