She loves the book The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks because it is non-fiction writing and the topics discussed in the book are interesting.
What were your favorite books as a child? Why?
Her favorite book as a child was Go Away Big Green Monster. She used to read this book all the time in Kindergarten and liked the book because it had many pictures.
What is a book you've heard of, and might be interested in, but haven't read yet? What's intriguing about it?
A book she is interested in reading is, 38 Witnesses. The book is intriguing to her because it is a true story that occurred many years ago, that is still in investigation today.
Describe your first memory of writing.
When she was in first grade, she bought a journal from a school fair and was really excited about writing things that happened that day in it.
Explain a writing piece from any time in your life that you are especially proud of.
In seventh grade, the class had to write a Songbook narrative on a piece of music that related to a special time their lives. She's proud of this writing piece because the topic she wrote about was important to her.
What is the most meaningful thing someone has ever written to you?
On her last day in camp a few years ago, one of her friends gave her a card which included a goodbye note with many memories from that summer.
If you could eat only one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If she could eat only one meal for the rest of her life, she would have a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios.

Her current favorite song is Drag Me Down.
If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Why?
If she was a crayon she would want to be white because it's doesn't get used often, so she wouldn't wear down.
