Corron Mission Statement

Corron is a safe, warm and inviting community where all are valued and empowered. We celebrate growth. Clear evidence highlights the impact we have academically, socially and emotionally.

From the Principal

Parent involvement is a prime indicator of a successful school community. While this school year definitely looks different in many ways, our parents continue to be involved in the Corron community. One way to stay informed and involved is to attend our PTO meetings. Our next one will be held on Monday, January 25th at 6:00 through Zoom. Please consider joining us using the link below. All are welcome!

One important way our PTO supports our community is by putting together and providing an annual yearbook. Since our committee chairs aren’t allowed into the school to take pictures this year, we are relying on teachers for pictures of our students at school. We would love to collect more pictures of our students learning at home as they engage with their teacher and peers. Please send in photos to They are requesting full resolution photos if at all possible.

On another note, I want to give a shout-out to our parents who drive their children to school. Today we had our director of facilities as well as another elementary principal come observe our drop off procedures. They were so impressed with the quick traffic flow as well as how parents follow the routines in place. I appreciate the teamwork it has taken to make this work this year!!

(Another thanks to our many supervisors each morning who support our parents and children during drop off and pick up.)

Middle School Transfer Request Info

Families who wish to submit a Middle School Transfer request may do so beginning February 1, 2021. Families must complete a separate form for each student they want to be transferred. Requests are granted based on space available. This means that siblings are not guaranteed placement. A written decision will be communicated to families before spring break.

Once the request is approved, a student may remain at that middle school throughout his or her middle school career, as long as the student resides in District 303.

Families of students granted permission to attend a school outside of their assigned attendance area are responsible for their own transportation.

Students will return to their assigned attendance area high school regardless of the middle school attended.

The Middle School Transfer request window will close at 4:00pm on February 26, 2021.

If you have questions, please contact Tammy Marsan at: 331-228-2397.
