Elementary EOY Testing 2022
K-2 Math Assessments
Kindergarten-Grade 2
May 2-June 3
The K-2 assessment documents have been sent to all schools.
The assessment window has been extended until June 3 (for assessing students). ALL data should be entered into the spreadsheet by June 8, 2022.
Instructions for giving the assessments: The following information is being sent to schools:
Kindergarten Materials: Admin Manual, Student Book, Task Directions and Student Performance Rubrics; Task Considerations (for remote testing only)
Grade 1 Materials: Admin Manual, Student Book, Task Considerations (for remote testing only)
Grade 2 Materials: Admin Manual, Student book, Task Considerations (for remote testing only)
Teachers should read the administration manual prior to beginning the assessment with students
Please follow the instructions printed in the administration manual
The assessments can be given whole-class (1-2) individual (K-2) or small group (K-2)
Use the student performance rubrics to score student responses
Record student data in spreadsheet
Instructions for completing data sheets: Find the data spreadsheets in shared google folder. TCs should share the spreadsheet with the math teachers at each grade level (there only needs to be one spreadsheet per grade level; therefore, TCs should make a copy of the original and share it with teachers giving them editing rights). Once the data has been completed, the TCs should load each grade level spreadsheet into the school’s grade-level folder

In the event of rain, ceremonies will be on the same date and time but moved indoors with a reduced capacity if CDC recommendations allow. We will not be offering a district-wide drive-thru choice for June 2022.
