Managing the mayhem: Smarter communication in the busiest months of the year

March 18th at 2pm ET/11 AM PT

For schools, springtime can be a whirlwind. Testing windows. Field trips. Enrollment deadlines. Performances. Graduation prep. And every message feels urgent.

Families need clear, timely information. Staff need a communication system that keeps everything organized without sending five reminders for the same event.

Join Dr. Brianna Hogg, Family & Community Engagement Coordinator at Dallas ISD, and Dr. Kara Stern, Director of Education & Engagement at SchoolStatus & Smore, for a practical conversation about managing school-home communication during the busiest months of the year.

You’ll walk away with a clear, repeatable framework for streamlining spring messaging across your campuses.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Create a predictable communication rhythm that keeps families informed during testing, events, and enrollment deadlines
  • Streamline overlapping updates into clear, consolidated messaging that reduces confusion and repeat outreach
  • Ensure district and campus messages reinforce each other so families receive clear, consistent information
