How to use Smore to build an information hub that works

January 21st at 2pm ET/11 AM PT

District communication has become overwhelming fast. Emails, texts, flyers, outdated PDFs, and one-off docs all compete for attention—often with conflicting details that create confusion for families and extra work for the central office.

Join Betsy Harris, Community Relations Liaison at Weymouth Public Schools, and Dr. Kara Stern, Ph.D., Director of Education & Engagement at SchoolStatus & Smore to see how Weymouth built a centralized communication hub that actually works.

In this live webinar, Betsy will share how her district used Smore for Teams to align messaging across schools, reduce family complaints, and give district leadership clear visibility into what’s being sent and what families engage with.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Standardize messaging across schools without micromanaging principals
  • Use data dashboards to see what’s being sent, by whom, and what families engage with
  • Prevent misalignment and eliminate the #1 source of family complaints: inconsistent information
