- Furniture has been delivered for the iCenter and ASD classrooms.
- Many thanks to the ASD team of teachers for their support of the long-term guest teacher and the program in the absence of a permanent classroom teacher.
- 4th grade students earned an extra 10 minutes on their recess for meeting expectations during their grade level meeting with me.
- Many thanks to Susie and Jennifer for facilitating Units of Study Unpacking.

Our next staff meeting will be on Wednesday at 7:52. On the agenda will be a presentation on how to organize your I&E groups and independent reading groups. The goal is to meet the needs of all our learners!

Unpacking Follow-Up
- During PLC's this week take time to revisit the work you started during the unpacking of the units.
- Grade 4 Reading Strategies book will be ordered. Unfortunately, I can only purchase two for the grade level. You will need to share based on planning prep time.

MESSA Open Enrollment
It's that time of year again! Open Enrollment for our MESSA insurance benefits plans takes place from November 1 to November 16. If you currently have MESSA Choices Pak A 500/1000, you must choose a different plan for January 2019. Please be sure to attend your building Lunch and Learn session, or contact Peggy Houle, Benefits Coordinator, at 248.865.6429 or by email margaret.houle@wbsd.org if you have questions.
Marilyn's Retirement Gathering

Oh, and we will bring some treats for you to enjoy while we are with your kids too:)
