What are the adults/teachers doing?
Teachers and staff at Atkins are responsible for ensuring that students maximize learning time each period. In order to ensure bell-to-bell instruction, teachers will structure the first five minutes and last five minutes of each period incorporating the non-negotiables of the campus plan. Students at Atkins thrive in predictable and consistent environments that maintain high standards of behavior and academics. This plan provides accountability for teachers to uphold the environment for students, while also supporting other teachers through common expectations. #GANAG
