2019 Students of Color Application Available!
The Diversity & Equity Center would like to invite students to attend the much anticipated 29th Annual Students of Color Conference, “We are: Empowered by our Past, Forging our Future”. The conference will be held in Yakima, WA from Thursday, April 18 – Saturday, April 20, 2019. All expenses paid.
The conference is guided by five main concurrent educational themes:
• Identity Development
• Awareness of Others
• Skills Development
• Social Justice and Social Activism
• Personal Development
Keynote speakers and evening entertainment are included in the program.
