Kirk Fenton News
25th June 2021
Dear Parents / Carers,
How can it be that there is only four weeks of term left? With all it's interruptions and lockdowns, this school year seems to have flown by and this week we have had several visitors in school to support our Year 6 pupils with transition to high school. Although they will not have the usual transition visits, they are working hard on preparing for end of term events such as a performance and most are excited about taking the big step up to High school. It is lovely to hear their singing and watch them rehearse together.
Our School Improvement Adviser was back in school this week for a review into our foundation subjects, in particular Geography. Again, I am pleased and proud to let you know that our report was very good. We have a great team of adults at Kirk Fenton and are very proud of our childrens' achievements and progress throughout this difficult year. Thank you for your continued support as parents.
Have a lovely weekend,
Mrs Karen Williams
