CLI Engage- circle progress monitoring.
The data was analyzed and compared from the first wave this time last year to last school years scores. The scores demonstrate that the students are scoring higher this year in the areas of rapid vocabulary, syllabication, alliteration, rhyming, number discrimination, shape discrimination, and counting sets. The students have scored lower at this time in number naming, shape naming, and rote counting.
CLASS monitoring for teachers took place January 8th-10th.

Board Goal 1: Provide and maintain for our faculty, staff, and students the best facilities possible.
Board Goal 2: Create and promote a positive working environment of mutual respect, cooperation, and open communication between faculty, staff, Board, and community.
Program Goal II: Build and enhance community and parent involvement in the Head Start and prekindergarten program.

Board Goal 4: Provide faculty and staff with the tools and training to facilitate an excellent and individualized learning experience for every child every day.
Program Goal I: Promote school readiness through high quality instructional methods in Head Start classroom.
PROGRAM SELF-ASSESSMENT UPDATE
The Management Team will share with the Policy Council the results of data analysis collected during the Self-Assessment. Discussion and input will be given by members of the Council. The Councils approval of the Grant application will be sought and then it will go before the School Board.
The Program Improvement Plan along with additional information will be included in the Continuation Grant Application for 2017-2018 (Yr. 4 of 5) to be submitted to the Regional Office on March 1.
