Pamela Hernandez
Greetings from Constable Elementary School's New Principal!
I hope this message finds you well. It is my utmost pleasure to introduce myself to you as the new principal of Constable Elementary. It was great to meet so many of you at the Board of Education Meeting and the Constable PTO Picnic. I very much look forward to meeting everyone else sometime soon.
Over the past several weeks, Mr. Rattien, Mrs. Boyce, and I have been corresponding closely in order to ensure a smooth transition for our wonderful Constable Cubs! Additionally, during the Bands and Strings Concert on June 12, I had the opportunity to meet all of Constable's amazing students and Mr. Rattien presented me with the "key to Constable", as you can see here in the picture. It was quite an exciting day!
I come to South Brunswick School District with extensive educational experience, including seven years as a principal, one year as a supervisor of special education, six years as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant, and many years as an elementary teacher. My husband and I live in Lawrenceville, NJ, and are parents to our two grown children, a dog, and a cat. I am bursting with pride at having been selected to lead and serve the students and staff of Constable Elementary School!
Your children are the reason we are all here. The programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures that are well established here at Constable Elementary were put in place for the ultimate goal of student achievement. I am committed to providing the Constable Elementary School Community all that is required to make certain our students are future ready and successful in all areas - academically, socially, and emotionally.
As we move forward, I will be in touch to keep you informed about the opening of school, class placements, and upcoming events. Enjoy the summer!
All my best,
Pamela Hernandez
