Work Permits Attention all students that plan on working this year. Please submit a completed work permit request form to Mr. Coville ASAP, or email him at trevor.coville@lmusd.org. Anybody that needs their current permit extended can stop by Room 510, or email Mr. Coville as well. | MAKE SURE TO CLEAR YOUR ABSENCES Clear Absences by 4pm Tuesday, 01/31/23. Attendance Month Deadline - Please make sure that the Attendance Office is informed of the reason for any still unverified absences for 01/09/23 - 01/27/23. After that date, we will not be able to make any changes. | Intramural Soccer Tournament The Intramural Soccer Tournament concludes Friday, January 20th at lunch on the back field with the championship. Come out to the field and support as Real Madrid takes on the Hooligans for the championship. |

Students! Yearbook orders are going quickly this year with less than 140 copies left for sale! If you want to make sure that you get a yearbook this year then please head on over to Jostens.com to purchase and secure your copy. Price is currently $70. PATRIOTIC OBSERVANCE
In the United States, Martin Luther King, Jr., Day is observed annually on the third Monday in January. The day commemorates the life and work of Dr. King, who was a Baptist minister and prominent leader in the American civil rights movement. People are encouraged to use the day to “reflect on the principles of racial equality and nonviolent social change espoused by Dr. King.”

Track and FieldAttention all athletes interested in joining AG Track and Field! The track team is currently practicing after school Monday to Friday starting at 3:50. All track athletes who have completed their sports physical and Big Teams registration can participate. If you are doing a winter sport, come out when your season is finished. The last day to join the track team is 2/20/23. Go Eagles! | Girls Softball Practice Begins after school on Thursday, January 12th. | Boys Tennis Tryouts/Practice Boys’ Tennis practice/tryouts begin Tuesday, January 17th at 3:45. All boys interested in playing should attend unless involved in a winter sport. For any questions, contact Coach Hollister. |

Cash for College
The FAFSA is required for all Seniors this year.
Attend Cash for College to get help with the FAFSA application.

Wednesday, February 8, 2023 4-7 p.m.Career Center Hours:
Career Center is open all day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Open at lunch only on Monday and Friday.
Scholarships
ELKS TEENAGER OF THE MONTH SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The Oceano/Five Cities Elks Lodge #2504 selects an AGHS senior male and female each month based on achievements, character, leadership, service, citizenship and scholastics. Monthly for the 22'23 School Year - Completed application should be submitted to Brianna.boyd@lmusd.org. Students only need to apply once. If your application is not chosen in a given month, it will be considered for the following month
