How did medicine emerge in Egypt?

Medicine emerged in Egypt because the people needed it for different situations. The people needed this to stay healthy, and because of the need they found out they could use certain herbs, and food products for medicinal purposes. It says" They used honey and human brains to cure eye infections. They also used a whole cooked mouse to help cure coughs."Next it said " Many of their medicines were accompanied by spells to ward off the evil spirits making the person sick." All of these techniques were invented just because of certain situations.

The ancient Egyptian medicine opened doors to technological advances we have today.

It is because of the needs to maintain the good health of the Egyptian population that caused their ability to invent, researched and developed different ways and variety of items to medically remedy certain illness and diseases. Examples of ancient Egyptian innovations are as follows, the use of moldy bread as an antiseptic, Willow bark concoction for toothache, honey as an excellent antiseptic, used to treat wounds, diet rich in radish, garlic and onions for laborers which has a natural anti bacterial to protect them in case of injuries or diseases.
