Our first quiz will be this Friday over determining the rate of change from a graph, table, context, and an equation. Students need to look at the slope formula and slope-intercept formula. We have included two videos below that we highly suggest you watch with your students to help with slope and slope-intercept.

Students have also been given their NEW 4th 6 Weeks Calendar with upcoming events!

We had a good first week back. The kids will be covering exponential topics such as radicals, squares, cubes, negation and zero exponents and rationals. Students need to make sure they know the exponential properties names as well as their rules(formulas). Our first quiz will be this week. If students are missing class Wednesday for the choir, band, or orchestra performances they MUST come to lunch, morning, or after school tutoring to make up their missed assignments(their quiz).
