In this series, we will deepen our awareness around how we fuel and move our bodies. Through accessible yoga practices and discussions surrounding food and movement, we will delve more deeply into our relationships with these topics. As we deepen and expand our awareness, potential arises to shift old patterns, cultivate healthy relationships around these topics and make peace with our bodies.
We will explore the topics of: -why and what we eat
-how and when we move
-the connection between food and movement to each other and to our physical and mental states.
6 weeks—including 2 individual sessions!
- Week 1: Individual meetings with Hope and Julie.
- Weeks 2-5: Group sessions tailored to topics addressed in the individual meetings.
- Week 6: Individual wrap-ups.
