Dress Rehearsals for Christmas Program
It is imperative that all students attend the Dress Rehearsals as scheduled for Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as the in-school performance on Thursday. This is when we finalize standing arrangements, solidify part-singing, incorporate instruments/solos/narration, and practice logistics so the performance runs smoothly and the students are ensured a successful experience. One missing student makes a huge impact on the rest of the group. Please do not schedule pull-outs during their scheduled rehearsal times. Thank you.

THE WEEK'S NOTES
SAFETY: Please make sure you are locking your doors when you leave your classroom, even for just a short time. You were very diligent of this at the very beginning of the year and I need the sense of safety to continue.
TEACHER WEEKLY: The next Teacher Weekly will be emailed on January 2nd.
PARISH FOOD PANTRY NEEDS HELP: Our ladies have been working tirelessly to feed families in need. With Christmas coming, they are asking for some specific items. The items needed are as follows: boxed potatoes, boxes of jello or instant pudding, boxed pie crust, and dry cereal. Please donate if you are able.
CHRISTMAS DOOR DECORATING CONTEST: ALL teachers have been asked to participate in this contest. Learners will be selecting winners during this week; Student Advisory Board will be around Monday morning to take pictures of the doors. They will then be around on Tuesday morning to help your learners through this voting process. There will be 4 winners: one for each floor and one overall creativity. This will make for a beautiful and fun atmosphere for our Christmas Program as parents drop off their children to your classrooms before the program begins.
CHRISTMAS GET TOGETHER: Our staff Christmas get together is scheduled for December 19th at 3:00 p.m. in the Scullen Room. Enjoy Wine and Cheese with colleagues. Secret Santa exchange will also take place during this time. Please plan to attend.
SPELLING BEE: The school spelling bee will be held on Thursday, January 15th at 10:00. 4th through 8th grade teachers could you please have your classroom winners by Friday January 9th. Mrs. Fruits would like to have the 5 winners from each class receive the invitation for their parents to attend the school spelling bee and watch their children.
