Added to the Rockwall-Heath home page is a red button labeled "TV Announcements." Parents and students alike are able to view announcements as seen on the televisions around RHHS campus any time.
Another additional button has been added to the homepage labeled "Verification of Enrollments (VOE)" to help make getting a VOE easier for all. There is still a processing time and we ask that you request at least 3 working days prior to your DPS appointment. Thank you.
New for 2020 is the "Order Student ID Badge" button. Students are required to wear an ID prior to entering the building. This button located on the homepage will open a form to request the badge and a digital link to pay for the badge online.

Theatre UIL Results
The Heath Hawk Theatre Department is SO proud to say we won Bi-District Champs on Thursday, March 25 at the Patty Granville Arts Center in Garland. We are headed to Region! Gabriel White Marin also earned Best Performer! This puts our program in the top 24 in the state and we will compete April 16-17 to go to the state competition. If you know any of our students in this play, please congratulate them on their hard work!
Boys' Basketball
What a season!! Even in a season filled with uncertainty, continuous schedule changes and quarantine, our Heath Hawk Basketball Team made it to the playoffs for the 9th year in a row! As well as a playoff run, we had several players who brought home well deserved top honors.
Chandler Dickinson won Player of the Year for the district, which is a first for Heath, as well as made First Team All Region. Clayton Schroepfer made First Team All District. Kevin Beard and Grant Watson made Second Team All District with Luke Braden and Isaac Gray bringing home Honorable Mention All District.
We are very proud of the hard work and dedication of all our Heath Hawk Basketball players and coaches. And to all our basketball fans, we would like to thank you for your continued support.
Orchestra UIL Results
The Heath Hawk Varsity and Junior Varsity Orchestra students participated in their annual UIL Concert & Sight Reading Contest Evaluation prior to Spring Break. Normally this event is hosted physically, but due to Covid safety measures the event was held in a virtual manner this year.
Our students worked together on several pieces of music in preparation for this contest and performed outstandingly for their recording with several hours spent practicing and rehearsing. All groups’ recordings were judged over Spring Break and our Varsity and JV Orchestras received the honorable distinction of a UIL “Sweepstakes” from their judges. (This distinction is given when a group receives ‘Superior’ ratings from each of their 6 judges). This marks the 8th consecutive year for our groups to receive this distinction. If you would like to watch these recorded performances please let me know.
These students have done a remarkable job working on very difficult and challenging music and have exceeded our expectations in this unique year. If you see them please feel free to share a word of congratulations on a terrific job well done.
AVID 1 Students
Part of being a high school student and AVID student is being aware of your choice to go to college. This project starts building the ideas and goals that students can make it there. The goal is getting the AVID 1(Freshman) students to start thinking about their future now that they have somewhat settled into high school. We start out by picking three of our dream colleges and universities. Why three? Just in case another student picked the same one, plus it's good to have a backup plan. Students will only be researching the one college they choose.
