With any illness that your student may experience, the school needs documentation if you have taken your student to see a physician or urgent care clinic. This documentation will help with two things, excusable from school and be used to alert other parents of students in the classroom of what to observe their child for possible exposure reasons. Please always provide documentation that includes a diagnosis and a time frame of how long the student will be out of school to the school nurse. If you have any questions or concerns about documentation, please contact the school nurse at 913 288 3410.
