Don't eat too much sugar. Or you have a good chance of getting diabetes when you're older. If you eat too much sugar when you are young you might get fat when you're older. So eat healthy if you don't want to get diabetes! Don't eat to sugar or you will get sick. Do not eat to much sugar eat healthy foods.Make sure you eat healthy foods in the morning like breakfeast. Make sure you stay healthy by drinking apple juice and milk and water.Dont drink alkahall. Do not eat food your not suppose to eat it could be vary dangurios.Eat the right mount of food.
Don't Eat Food You're Allergic To
If you're allergic to something then don't eat it because something bad will happen because you're not suppose to eat that food. Some people are allergic to peanuts so they have to check if they're about to eat something that has peanuts in it. So if you don't want something bad to happen to you don't eat stuff that you know you're allergic to!
