The skill to move from one place to another in short amount of time
Balance
The skill to maintain an upright position while standing or sitting.
Reaction Time
The reflex of your hands and feet while an object is flying towards your body.
Power
The skill to work your muscles at a super fast pace.
Coordination
The hands and feet communicate with your brain.
Agility
The skill to change the position of your body fast.
