View of Toledo
About the Painting
It was created in 1580 in Toledo, Spain. It is now in the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Why its important
At the time it was the only landscape painting of Spain. I find it interesting because it shows what it was like in Spain during that time.
This painting was about what people made and there was no religion involved.
