The Hoof Print (9/3/2018)
Michael R. Null Middle School
Principal Notes
What a great week to be a STALLION!
Last week we were able to give all students their interactive notebooks and take pictures for their school ID. This week we will give the student IDs out and expect for them to wear them each day. Please help us enforce this expectation. This is a requirement each day and there will be no exceptions. In this day of increased security and caution, the quickest way for us to identify our students is a student ID. We are asking the same of our employees. All staff are expected to wear their ID at all times. This is a very serious policy and it could be the difference between life and death.
Next week we will also hand out our AVID Binders during our SS classes on Friday. Please help us help the students keep up with their binder and keep it organized. The AVID Binders and interactive notebooks will play a huge part in what we do this year to make our STALLIONS successful! Thanks again for all that you do!!
See you around the campus...
Remember, we are the Best school with the Best students and the Best faculty and staff. Good, Better, Best!!! Never let it rest, until your good gets better and your better gets best!
Sincerely,
Leroy Bradley II

Hello Parents,
In an effort to increase communication between parents and Null Middle School, an NMS Remind 101 account has been created. Remind 101 is an app that can be downloaded to your phone/tablet that allows the school to communicate with parents through text messages. You are not required to download the app, but it will help to quickly get messages from the school to you regarding current events and happenings around school.
To join, send a text message to (202) 517-9625 with the message @nmsparen

Please help us in taking care of these binders and holding our students accountable for keeping them neat and organized. Students will earn a grade for their AVID Binder so it is vital that they keep up with it and keep it organized. If their AVID Binder is lost, the school will not replace it.
