Dress Code

Please keep the Dress Code in mind. Thank you!

See link for FULL details.

Some items that trip us up the most:

CLOTHING

  • Jackets/Hoodies--SOLID color; LOGOS are OK, no graphics

  • Pants that are built like jeans or jeggings are not allowed.

  • Leggings--SOLID color; UNDER appropriate skirt, shorts, jumper

  • Cargo pockets on shorts and pants are not allowed.

  • Dresses are not in the dress code, but jumpers are allowed.

  • Shorts that are TOO SHORT--especially in the spring when kids have GROWN since they last wore them

HAIR

Please make sure that your child's hair meets length and color requirements as well as no designs.

Bikes and Locks

If your child rides a bike to school,

please send a lock and help him or her learn the combination.

We have SEVERAL bikes that look alike, and they are easy to mix up. Throughout the year we've had a couple of "thefts" that actually turned out to be mistaken identity. Someone saw a bike that looked like theirs and rode it home. We do have cameras, but they don't always catch every detail, especially when the bikes look the same.

A chain and lock could easily prevent afternoon mix-ups.

Thank you!

Morning Drop Off

REMINDER: Staff begin duty at 7:40 each day. We do not have anyone to monitor students before that time, even on cold or rainy days.

Please adhere to the following procedures to help us keep students safe before school.

Walkers and bike riders: Please help your child select an appropriate departure time from your home to ensure that he or she will be monitored upon arrival.

Car riders: Please do not allow your child to exit your vehicle until we have opened the building and staff members are on duty to receive students.

THANK YOU!
