Holland Happenings
September 30, 2020
Dear Families,
I am so glad to have your student here at Holland! We're already learning skills and basics within our certification programs. Additionally, your students have been busy in English, Anatomy or Microbiology with work that compliments the program classes here at Holland. In case you missed it, we had a senior parent meeting on Thursday, Sept. 17th and information will be included in this newsletter. This has been a very different start to a school year! Our students do learn to wear masks and properly wash hands, but translating these skills into everyday life is just one of the many tasks we're adjusting to as school has started. Our students have done a terrific job of wearing their mask and making sure they adhere to safety standards and protocols. As a reminder, if you student must be quarantined, please make sure they check in with their teacher for zoom links. Our program is heavily skills based, so some skills are tough to grasp virtually. We'll do our best to help them through their quarantined period, but they will want to make sure they've zoomed in! We have lots of activities planned for this 2nd six weeks! Be sure to check our website, Facebook, Instagram and Remind for all the stuff!
Have a great 2nd Six Weeks!
Sincerely,
Dean Seekins
