What we learned last week...

We read the book Polar Bear Polar Bear, What Do You Hear? last week. This was a fun sing songy book that was repetitive and catchy for our kiddos :) The song is below in the videos :) We worked on identifying/labeling the animals in the book, identifying/labeling the concept of big and small with different animals. We also learned about polar animals and winter.

What will we learn this week?

We have enjoyed learning about the animals in Polar Bear Polar Bear What Do You Hear?, so we are going to continue to research and explore more animals that you may see in the zoo. Students will work on retelling a story by choosing an animal and tell a story using the animals picked by the students.

We will continue to work on counting, size seriation, shapes and letters of the alphabet.

Matt and Molly...

We will be reading "The Very Cold Dog".
