One of the Best Selling Bands in History

Fleetwood Mac is very successful. Their songs are relatable to many people. They have been a band for about 48 years, not counting the time they were broken up.

Early Life

The band formed around 1967. Their origin is London, United Kingdom. The early period of the band was on of their most successful periods. They sold their first two albums and grew from there. Their original members were; Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood, Jeremy Spencer, and Bob Brunning.

Musical Accomplishments

One of Fleetwood Mac's accomplishments is that they are in the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Another is that they have sold more than one hundred million records worldwide. They were also awarded the Headline Performance of the Year Award at the UK Festival Awards 2015. Their album 1975 was put into the grammy hall of fame.

The only original member still in the band is Mick Fleet wood. They currently have 5 members. They are; Lindsey Buckingham, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Christine McVie, and Stevie Nicks. Some of the past members include; Jeremy Spencer, Bekka Bramlett, Danny Kirwan, and Dave Walker.

Bob Brunning died October 18th, 2011. The only past member that has died.

Fleetwood Mac is still a band today. They tour to many places, and perform with their 5 current member. Their albums can be found in most stores, and shopping websites.
